This BMS never worked properly. I am new to lithium batteries and BMS systems so I was unaware that only charging to 50% SOC was not normal. I set up a second bank of batteries with a BMS that is working properly and charging to 99% SOC. Thats when I realized that the original BMS was not working properly. I contacted Daly and they refuse to honor their warranty and refuse to replace the BMS.Edit: So the warranty is 1 year on the BMS, not 3 years - Daly is fixing the error on their website. Daly did work with me and is refunding 50% since it took me 1.5 years to notify them (due to remoteness of property and no internet). The replacement BMS is working perfectly!gRACIAS.It’s cool.Bluetooth has fully adjustable settings. My 48 V golf cart with High speed motor can surge up to 190 Amps. I got it to trip the protection feature at 250 amps with six adults on the cart. You just open the app and reset the bms. Super easy.I have 48v 16 cell lifepo4 prismatic 120amp battery.Use the heat shrink connectors.I did a Powerwall that requires a reliable bms, so I installed Daly BMS. The first one becomes damage and factory replaced ASAP. When I installed the new one works perfect. The bms perform a good top balancing of all batteries packs.Great BMS. seller included hand written note apologizing for not having 20a version and sent me the 30a version for free with the promise of also sending the 20a version once it arrived. Color me impressed ! Also included contact information and a detailed wiring diagram. Very happy with purchase and customer service. I have not hooked the BMS up yet but Daly BMS are reliable and are generally capable of handling more than their rated current. Set it and forget it . And the price is rightIt works as a bms, comes with Bluetooth module so you can connect pc or android. It's great being able to see battery % on my phone because the scooter has an innacurate gauge. Only thing I don't like is that it only balances when charging, not when idle. Make sure your cells are mostly balanced before connecting to this bms.Do not purchase, the links to installation instructions are invalid as nd the customer service reps either dont understand English at all or dont care if you die , probably both.You only need active cell balancers for a solar array with an all in 1 inverter, which usually has a battery monitor built in.You might need a bms for a bike battery or industrial equipment, but please shop around and make sure you have clear installation instructions before you purchase the bms!After a couple months of no problems. It quit working. Could no longer connect via Bluetooth no output voltage. Tried to talk with customer service for trouble shooting and after a week of the suggesting stupid solutions the determined it was my fault. Even though I have send info and pics of my set up and everything is installed correctly. They suggested I hook up with my computer to troubleshoot it which I had never done since I owned it but when I could not get it to connect they blamed me for not hooking up the computer correctly, and said I messed up the software. They are dumb idiots, and crooks. Save yourself a headache and find something else.
