GreatLuke the style and the easy installationAll metal design and is very stylish. Very sturdy and heavy construction. Love everything about this faucet except for the bottom cover plate. Make sure not to tighten the faucet too much as the bottom plate with deform/bend. The plate also scratches very easily. Other than the bottom plate, this faucet is amazing for the money. Could definitely be sold for double the price for the quality you get.There are relatively few areas to collect water and eventually to disintegrate. That was my purpose in buying it. Just needs one swipe with a microfiber cloth, and it's dry.Ordered chrome finish, however 10 in. deck plate in the box was black. There was no pull rod , installation instructions very bad, hardly understandable. Was going to return it, but decided to keep and installed on the chrome plate from old faucet . The same for the pull/lift rod.It’s a very attractive faucet. First time with a single lever faucet and I like how easy it is to adjust the temp and how much water pressure is achieved. I like that it came with a 10 inch plate since the faucet was replacing a wide regular setup of faucet and 2 handles.The finish is a very flat black. It does not come with a stopper.This faucet set is wonderful in design and operation. It uses a larger valve than most faucets, but has very nice flow! Beautiful and functional.The top of the tap developed a discolouring after only a couple of months so that it looks unclean. It's past the return date, I've contacted the company and I'm just waiting to see how they will respond after seeing the picture I sent.Update: I've changed from one star to four stars as the company was very responsive and have shipped out a new faucet. Good customer service. Hopefully the first faucet was just an anomaly.Second update: Back to one star. There is definitely a problem with the finish on this faucet. The replacement has to be wiped dry after every use, otherwise the finish starts to cloud. Ridiculous for a water faucet!! The finish is also starting to come off of the base. Would never recommend this product.Faucet had a leak in connectors first day it was installed.Update: i am changing from 1 star to 3 stars because the vendor sent a new faucet to me which is working perfectly. To be clear, if the faucet is not defective then I would grade it 5 stars, but the fact that I had to go through the extra hassle justifies in my view the 2 stars taken off. If this sort of defect seldom happens then ratings will show this.I will add that the vendor was very responsive (despite the current pandemic difficulties), asked for a few details regarding the defect, and shipped a new faucet within one or two days from Hong Kong.I disliked the look because the company printed their name across the top of the handle. This was not shown in the pictures. The listing is inaccurate.Easy to install and appears to be great quality. The included base plate - if you need to cover three holes - is for a kitchen sink and is far too big for a bathroom. I had to order a separate 6” version which added to the cost. I don’t like the logo printed on the top of the handle but other than those two minor drawbacks the faucet is a good buy.
